As the sarees are hand painted individually, the pattern and design may differ slightly. All the pattern and design as shown on of all our products are almost same but they cannot be exactly similar and that is the uniqueness of hand painted products.

All our products have a Free Shipping Policy across India.For International orders,Shipping charges are applicable.

Once we have received your payment and your order placed,you will receive a confirmation through E-mail with details regarding your order and the amount paid.As the order gets dispatched,we will share the courier tracking details with you.

In that case, if you want to cancel one of the orders,get in touch with us immediately so we can do the needful.We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please note,once the items have dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order.

We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you, each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery, please write to us at thevillageheritage@gmail.com or call us along with your order number and we shall take care of it. In case the package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of Rs 200 as the charges we had to bear to have the products packed ,onward and reverse shipping.
